All purchases made on ExamStudy.online are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our digital services, which provide immediate access to our AI-powered question generation tools, we do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases. This includes our monthly “Pro” subscription packages and any other services we may offer.
2. Subscription Services
Our “Pro” plan is offered as a monthly subscription package, providing you with unlimited question generations and access to all premium features for the duration of your billing cycle.
- No Refunds for Partial Use: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or for any unused time remaining in your subscription.
- Billing: Your subscription is billed in advance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You are free to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard.
When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all “Pro” features until the end of your current, pre-paid billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to a free or limited plan, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We do not offer refunds, even in cases of user error, dissatisfaction with the AI-generated content, or if you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel in a timely manner if they do not wish to be billed for the next cycle.
